Trojans For Excellence
About
The Trojans For Excellence (TFE) program is the USC Office of Inclusion and Diversity’s peer DEIB training program for faculty and staff.
Based on requests, referrals, and a screening process managed by OID, members of the TFE Cohort including faculty and staff members can deliver 90-minute training sessions on various topics supporting DEIB best practices.
