Christina Gutierrez is vice president of USC’s Graduate Student Government and a candidate in the USC Price School of Public Policy’s MPA/MPL dual-degree program in public administration and planning (social justice). A first-generation student from Anaheim, Calif., she served in the Peace Corps and AmeriCorps after competing her associate’s and bachelor’s degrees at Fullerton College and Cal State-Fullerton. Last year she was a Global Brigades volunteer in Panama and Honduras.
